OKAY...now me, lol.

Formally Black Lion Luxuries (RIP), now BL Luxuries. I chose them because I've never tried the mystery sampler and that was key criteria for all of my choices in this series; I like that they ship to overseas military, and I wanted to support them because I rarely see anything negative about them. The website has several blind buy options for all budgets, 50 and 100 dollars. Considering their mainly boutique offerings, I had no issue pulling the trigger on the $100 blind buy. I never expect rare or luxury cigars, but I want value and a good variety … I hope a few of them are new for me; that’s the greatest joy next to seeing your enemies driven before you, Conan the Barbarian style. Outside of the sampler I received, there were no issues with ordering or shipping (imagine that; see my other articles in the series), and the cigars were well-packaged WITH BOVEDA (apparently rare). I'll drop some photos below.

To keep the article manageable, I'll list the brands it included. Then, you can see the photos and, hopefully, add some comments on them.

Sinistro, Jake Wyatt, Stolen Thrones, Noel Rojas, and Blackbird Superb (new to me!)

Diesel Mizunara (which prompted me to buy a bottle of whisky aged in Mizunara barrels from Japan), Alec Bradley, Dapper, Casa Cuevas (apparently Cameroon and Corojo!!! Yum!!), Black Label Orthodox (brand new at the time I got the package)

Obviously, for 100 bucks, this is a good deal. It has a lot of boutiques, including a few new ones for me. With that being said, I would definitely recommend the blind buy, especially if you want to add some variety to your smoking routine. Of note, outside of rating the blind buy, they offer great samplers on their website as well.
